Allergan UK Business Consultants

Chris Gill

Business Consultant, Allergan

I joined the Allergan UK Business Consulting team as I relish helping people realise both their own and business potential. My aim will always be to provide the structure and tools to help a business thrive not only when I’m directly involved but long after I’ve left.

I’ve been in the medical aesthetics industry for over ten years, and for the majority of this time I have been a Managing Director of large independent clinic which evolved on multiple occasions and continues to drive forward. Over these ten years I have fulfilled the roles such as clinic manager, CQC registered manager and CQC nominated individual as well as moving the business strategically forward into different private healthcare markets.

The Allergan business consulting role allows me to utilise my experiences and skills alongside the substantial resources the business has to offer to deliver results. I specialise in strategical planning, growth plans, investments feasibilities and day to day operations aspects. I pride myself on being open and honest as I believe trust between a consultant and a business owner is fundamental for a successful partnership.
