I joined the Business Consulting team at Allergan as I enjoy helping people reach their personal and business potential. My aim is always to work in collaboration with my clients to provide the insights, structure, and tools to reach their goals.

I’ve been in the medical aesthetics industry for ten years as part of the Allergan commercial team, which has evolved significantly year on year. Over these ten years I’ve held various sales and account management roles across the UK and Europe, driving sustainable growth in the largest independent and national chains.

The Allergan Business Consultant role allows me to utilise my experiences and skills alongside the vast resources that Allergan has to offer to deliver commercial results for my clients. I specialise in strategic planning, operational performance improvement, and change management.

Marcus Haycock

Business Consultant, Allergan

Marcus is a creative Business Consultant with over 12 years’ experience working within the private surgical and non-surgical medical aesthetic sector within the UK.

He consistently delivers a diverse range of operational and strategic projects to independent aesthetics practices. The scope ranges from improving clinic efficiency and profitability, business/marketing/digital planning strategies, staff leadership/clinic management.
In his career to date he has held a variety of commercial roles within sales, marketing, coaching and training. He is a podium speaker and presents at national and international educational events.

In his current capacity he is acting as the Business Consulting Team lead developing Allergan’s UK consulting strategy. He also dedicates a small amount of time to international projects to broaden depth of knowledge and insight.

He specialises in helping clients curate practical implementation plans tools and bespoke training that culminates in strong practice growth trajectories. These are all associated with modest investments in time and expenditure for the client.
He is analytical and detailed orientated by nature. These strengths enable him to be effective at creating robust processes that empower employees and keep all stakeholders focused and accountable.

James Rexworthy BSc (Hons) ABPI

James is a Business Consultant within Allergan’s European Business Consulting team and has nearly 20 years of experience within the pharmaceutical/medical device/private surgical industries.

James studied BSc (Hons) Forensic Engineering and through this it has enabled him to be extremely analytical in his approach and find creative strategic solutions to everyday business challenges.

James has had an award-winning career within many commercial sales and marketing roles, both nationally and internationally. However, having run his own business for over four years, this puts him in a unique position of being able to directly empathise with the pressures a business owner faces day to day.

He strives to always add value through listening and maintaining successful open partnerships to achieve positive growth outcomes.

Andrew Carey

Business Consultant, Allergan

Andrew joined the Allergan UK Business Consulting team with a background in supporting healthcare organisations with cost saving and efficiency projects.

He is motivated to help organisations in process improvement, creating solutions to problems and embedding change. His strength in data analysis helps supporting the monitoring of operational performance and measuring the impact of change.

Andrew has held roles in project and programme management, sales, key account management and strategic partnerships. He also holds a Management Sciences degree from the London School of Economics.

Angela joins the Allergan UK Business Consultant team as an experienced and successful business manager within the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Allergan Inc she ran her own business consultancy providing business coaching to businesses and individuals to help them achieve their business and personal goals.

She is passionate about helping and supporting you to achieve the best for your business. She has a strong track record of establishing relationships and working to develop and deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. As a business graduate she applies sound business theory to positively affect outcomes for new business opportunities and to resolve business problems with solution based strategy.
